🟩 PROOF OF CONCEPT
Transferring academic inventions to the market is challenging due to funding gaps between public research and private sector interest. To address this, Politecnico di Torino implemented Proof of Concept (PoC) projects in 2016. These applied research funding programs aim to develop technologies to a stage where their commercial potential becomes attractive to industry, either for industrial applications or new ventures.
